Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Ash Alley Studios
Effective Date: 6/10/2025

At Ash Alley Studios, we’re committed to offering a fair and professional experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any services.

1. Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your session time and go toward the total cost of your service.

  • If Ash Alley needs to cancel your session, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future session of your choosing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling​

  • If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced without a refund.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in

  • All deposits are non-refundable (unless Ash Alley needs to cancel your session, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future session of your choosing.)

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to denial of future bookings or may require payment in full for future bookings.

3. Refunds After Service

  • Due to the nature of creative services, we do not offer refunds after a session has been completed, unless there was a clear failure to deliver the agreed-upon service.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the results, we may offer one round of minor revisions (for music or video) at no extra cost. Major revisions or re-shoots may be billed separately.

4. Video & Music Project Deliverables

  • Once files have been delivered, the project is considered complete.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with a project that was approved and finalized.

  • All agreed-upon services must be fulfilled within 30 days of your original session unless communicated otherwise. After that, deposits or credits may expire.

5. Merchandise

  • All physical merchandise sales are final unless defective upon arrival.

  • Exchanges may be allowed for size or style, depending on availability.

6. Tattoo Services – MadMaxxi Shop

  • Tattoo services are operated independently by MadMaxxi Shop.

  • All questions regarding tattoo deposits, cancellations, or refunds must be directed to @madmaxxi_shop.

  • Ash Alley is not responsible for refunds or disputes related to tattoo services.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up to your appointment and did not cancel in advance, you may lose your deposit and be required to pre-pay in full for future sessions.

8. Contact Us

If you believe a refund is warranted due to a service issue or misunderstanding, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment.
