Terms and Conditions – ASH ALLEY LLC (Ash Alley Studio)

Acceptance of Terms

By entering the premises of ASH ALLEY LLC, using our website, booking or attending a session, engaging with our team, or participating in any services we provide, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from accessing our premises, website, or services.

1. Use of Website

  • You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written authorization.

  • ASH ALLEY LLC reserves the right to modify or restrict website access at any time.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to confirm all studio bookings. This deposit covers the first hour of your session.

  • Additional time is billed at $30/hour.

  • Video production pricing is project-specific. Refer to our pricing sheet or contact us directly.

  • Full payment is due at the end of your session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients will not receive any files, projects, or ownership rights to the content until full payment has been made.

  • Late arrivals or no-shows may result in reduced session time or rescheduling without refund.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Missed sessions or late changes may result in loss of deposit and rescheduling fees.

4. Client Conduct

  • ASH ALLEY LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior. (in such cases, any deposit made by the client will be forfeited and no refund shall be issued).

  • Clients may bring a maximum of two guests unless prior approval is given.

  • Prohibited items include drugs, alcohol, weapons, and hazardous materials.

  • Food and drinks must be kept away from all studio equipment.

  • Respect for the space, staff, and fellow artists is expected at all times.
     

5. Studio & Video Session Rules

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, may include setup and breakdown.

  • Artists must arrive prepared with lyrics, beats, and any other tools or instruments needed.

  • All instrumentals must be properly licensed. ASH ALLEY LLC is not liable for copyright violations.

  • Video shoots require prior discussion for wardrobe, props, and location plans.

  • Overtime is subject to availability and billed at the hourly rate.

6. Ownership, Usage & Media Release

  • Clients retain creative rights to the content produced during their sessions. However, ASH ALLEY LLC holds the right to use content created in the studio for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, behind-the-scenes footage, session highlights, and completed works.

  • By participating in a session, the client acknowledges and agrees that there may be security cameras in place for the protection of both the studio and the client. The client further grants permission to ASH ALLEY LLC to photograph, film, or record video and audio during their session. These recordings may be used on the studio’s website, social media channels, or other marketing platforms.

  • If a client wishes to restrict ASH ALLEY LLC’s use of any content for promotional purposes, such restrictions must be clearly agreed upon in writing prior to the session.

7. Guest Liability & Contact Information​

  • Clients are fully responsible for the behavior, actions, and safety of their guests while on ASH ALLEY LLC property.

  • By bringing guests onto the premises, the client affirms that each guest has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Any damages, disruptions, or violations caused by guests will be treated as the client’s responsibility and may result in fees, removal from the premises, or termination of services without refund.

  • Guests may be asked to sign an acknowledgment form upon arrival.

8. Tattoos & MadMaxxi Shop Disclaimer

  • MadMaxxi Shop operates independently outside of ASH ALLEY LLC.

  • All tattoo-related services, policies, liability, and aftercare fall under MadMaxxi Shop's responsibility.

  • ASH ALLEY LLC assumes no liability for tattoo services conducted onsite.

  • All inquiries should be directed to @madmaxxi_shop on Instagram.

9. Explicit & Mature Content Disclaimer

  • Some content produced at ASH ALLEY LLC may include explicit language or mature themes.
    By booking or engaging with us, you acknowledge and accept this.

  • Viewer and participant discretion is advised.
     

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Entry to ASH ALLEY LLC property and participation in services is at your own risk.

  • ASH ALLEY LLC is not responsible for injury, theft, property damage, or lost items.

  • Clients must treat all people, equipment, and property with care.

  • Intentional damage or negligence may result in charges or legal action.

11. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASH ALLEY LLC, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our premises or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Shared Space Notice

ASH ALLEY LLC operates within a shared creative environment that may include other artists, guests, and the MadMaxxi Shop.
By entering or booking, you agree to the following:

  • Other clients may be present.

  • Tattooing services may be visible or audible.

  • Shared spaces such as restrooms or waiting areas are used by multiple parties.

  • Noise levels and activity may vary.

  • Private sessions may be requested in advance but are subject to availability.

14. Facility Use, Smoking Area & Restricted Zones

Fire Pit Use

  • A controlled outdoor firepit may be active during sessions/events. Use is at your own risk.

  • You are personally responsible for your safety around the fire.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Do not tamper with the fire. Maintain a safe distance.

  • ASH ALLEY LLC is not liable for any injuries, burns, or damages due to unsafe behavior near the fire pit.

  • Unsafe behavior may result in removal or future restriction from the premises.

Designated Smoking Area

  • Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking zone, a shared space.

  • Smoking indoors or near entrances is strictly prohibited and may result in removal.

Restricted/Employee-Only Zones

  • Certain property areas are marked as restricted.

  • Entry is prohibited without staff escort.
