All merchandise orders are custom-made and fulfilled by Printful, a trusted third-party print-on-demand provider. The following shipping policy outlines important details regarding order processing, delivery, and responsibilities.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order. Fulfillment generally takes 2–5 business days before items are shipped.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once sent to production. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting your order.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your item is fulfilled and shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping timelines begin after the order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the customer’s location and order size.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Ash Alley Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have left Printful’s facility. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact your local carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Info
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international customers, customs fees, VAT, and import taxes are not included in our product or shipping prices. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
