Terms and Conditions – MadMaxxi Shop
Welcome to MadMaxxi Shop. By entering the premises, booking an appointment, using our services, or interacting with us online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Conduct & Agreement to Terms

By booking with or visiting MadMaxxi Shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your presence on the premises or continued engagement with our shop constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.

MadMaxxi Shop is an independently owned and operated tattoo business located within the shared property of Ash Alley LLC. Clients are expected to be aware of and respectful toward the shared nature of the space.

2. Tattoo Services & Client Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID.
No minors will be tattooed under any circumstance.
Clients must be sober, coherent, and legally competent to give consent.
Pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities must be disclosed during booking.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment. This deposit will not be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Excessive rescheduling may require a new deposit.

4. Health & Safety

MadMaxxi Shop follows strict sterilization and sanitation protocols in compliance with state and local health department regulations.
All equipment is single-use or properly sterilized.
Clients must arrive clean and free from open wounds or contagious conditions.
Aftercare instructions will be provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in poor healing, for which MadMaxxi Shop is not liable.

5. Liability Waiver

MadMaxxi Shop and its artists are not liable for reactions, infections, or complications resulting from failure to follow proper aftercare, individual skin conditions, or outside contamination.
Tattoos are permanent. By proceeding, you accept full responsibility for the design, spelling, size, and placement of the tattoo.
Any touch-ups needed due to client negligence, poor aftercare, or excessive fading may incur additional charges.

6. Ownership & Photography

MadMaxxi Shop retains the right to photograph all tattoos for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes.
Clients may request that their faces or identifying features be excluded from photos.
Clients retain the rights to their custom design tattoos unless a collaborative design agreement exists.

7. Shared Space Notice (with Ash Alley LLC)

MadMaxxi Shop operates within a shared creative facility. Clients should expect that other individuals and artists may be present during their session.
A designated smoking area is available outside and is shared by both Ash Alley and MadMaxxi Shop clients.
A fireplace may be active in communal areas. Clients are to be aware that the fireplace is used at their own risk, and MadMaxxi Shop is not liable for injuries due to negligent or unauthorized interaction.
Certain areas of the property are employee-only zones and are clearly marked. Clients are not permitted in those areas without permission.

8. Refund Policy

All tattoo sales are final.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will not be given for completed services or for dissatisfaction with a tattoo once it has been approved and completed.

9. Code of Conduct

Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
Absolutely no stealing, tampering, or unauthorized use of shop equipment or client property will be tolerated. theft will result in immediate removal and possible prosecution.
No weapons, drugs, or alcohol are permitted on-site.
Clients may bring only one guest, and guests must be respectful of the environment.
Food and drinks must be kept away from workstations and equipment.
